TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IFC 2011 Programme:
  1. Programme and timings mentioned above are tentative and subject to change
Registration Fee:
  1. Bulk registration discount for 4 delegates or more from the same organisation is entitled to a discount of 15% on applicable registration fee only.
  2. Delegate fee includes :
    • Conference and Conference and Exhibition participation on November 14-15, 2011 (including tea/ coffee, lunch and dinner)
    • Participation in the Opening Ceremony on November 13, 2011 and Gala Dinner on November 15, 2011
    • Delegate kit including technical papers 
  3. Accompanying person fee includes :
    • Programme for accompanying persons
    • Participation in the Opening Ceremony on November 13, 2010
    • Lunch on November 14-15, 2011 and Gala Dinner on November 15, 2011
  4. The registration fee does not include 'To & Fro from Hyderabad' travel cost, accommodation, sightseeing tours, plant tours and airport transfer.
  5. Should you require airport transfers, the cost of one way transfer is 1500 / $ 33 for a mid segment car (fare subject to change).
  6. For assistance at the Hyderabad International Airport, please contact IFC 2011 Facilitation Counter.
  7. While safety of delegates is paramount for AIFI, AIFI undertakes no liability in this regard.

Plant Tour:
  1. All tours, except Tour 2 – Pune, end on evening of Thursday, 17th Nov 2011 and includes lunch and dinner for 2 days (16th and 17th Nov) and accomodation for the nights of 16th and 17th Nov 2011.
  2. Tour 2 – Pune, ends on evening of Friday, 18th Nov 2011 and includes lunch and dinner for 3 days (16th-18th Nov) and accommodation for the nights of 16th,17th and 18th Nov 2011.
  3. Complimentary breakfast is included for all tours.
  4. Plant tour visit and participation subject to approval by host companies.
  5. Plant tours and Accompanying Person(s) programme may be cancelled or modified partially or wholly at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
  6. Selection of host companies is subject to change with or without notice.
  7. P lant tours are open only for delegates from outside of India. Only registered congress delegates and their Accompanying persons can join the plant tours and Accompanying persons programme.
  8. Tours will be filled on a first-come basis. Please be sure to indicate alternate choices on the registration form. Seats are subject to availability in the order in which applications are received, as per preferences indicated.
  9. No cameras, cell phones or recording devices of any kind will be permitted on the plant tours. Attendees are encouraged to leave these items in their hotel rooms or on the busses. Attendees who do not follow the rule will be asked to leave the plant tour and return to the bus.
  10. Closing dates of tours may vary. Kindly consider the end point and closing date of the respective tour for your further plans.
  11. Accompanying Person must be on the same tour as registered delegate.
  12. Accompanying person programme on Plant Tour will be subject to minimum participation.
  13. While safety of delegates is paramount for AIFI, AIFI undertakes no liability in this regard.
  14. Tour cost includes economy class airfare from “starting city” to “closing city” of the respective plant tours.
  15. If delegates choose to return to Hyderabad or any other city within India, please contact Conference Secretariat.

Hotel:
  1. The above special rates are per person per night inclusive of current applicable taxes, bed and buffet breakfast.
  2. Should there be any change in the hotel/government tax or tariff structure, the revised rate will be charged at the applicable time.
  3. The hotel check-in time and check-out time is at 12 Noon (IST)
  4. All nights advance would be required to confirm the booking
  5. All Extras to be paid to hotel directly when you check out
  6. All requests for hotel accommodation can be mailed to gautam@cimglobal.net
  7. Allotment will be based on availability and will be prioritized in order of receipt of application along with all night’s payment. Please be sure to indicate alternate choices.
  8. A confirmation shall be communicated to the delegate by Email
  9. All payments to be in DD/ Cheque in favour of “Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt Ltd,” payable at New Delhi, INDIA.
  10. On-line accommodation facility available
  11. The number of nights booked will be based on the details provided by the delegates and their travel plans
  12. Early check-in and late check-out will be charged at actuals
  13. In case of NO-SHOW there will be no refund
  14. Shuttle bus to/from meeting venue will be arranged.
  15. Number of hotel rooms is limited and we recommend you to make an early booking otherwise you may not be able to get hotel accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:
  1. All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to IFC 2011 Secretariat via email secretariat@ifc2011.com or fax +91-80-4074-5899.
  2. All cancellation received on or before 30th September 2011 for registration fee, hotel, sightseeing, plant tours, accompanying person(s) programme will be entitled to 50% refund on the respective amount paid.
  3. 100% cancellation charges will apply for cancellations made after 30th September 2011 and no refund will be made.
